These terms apply to website projects TMseo provides to business and professional customers. A written quote and service agreement record the project details. TMseo does not provide legal advice. 1. Who these terms cover You must act for a business or profession, not as a consumer. By approving a quote, you confirm this. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to this business-to-business service. The accepted quote identifies the selected product, pages, languages, options, price-list version, total and scope. The quote and service agreement set out the project details. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise. 2. Products and scope Each project uses one base product, priced as a one-time fee in USD from the price list in effect when the quote is issued. Starter includes one fixed content page in one language, up to 6 sections, 600 words and 12 images. It has no contact form; visitors can contact you using phone, email and map links. Starter does not include extra pages, languages or paid options. Standard includes up to five content pages in one language and may add pages and languages at the price-list rate. A one-page Standard design keeps the five-page content allowance arranged in sections; it remains Standard. Both products include responsive layouts, technical SEO, Google Search Console setup, a map embed and one external booking link. A privacy policy page and terms page are included and do not count as content pages. Standard can add content editing, a reservation feature or reviews. Custom features are reviewed and quoted separately. You provide translated text. If you ask TMseo to arrange translation, its scope and price are quoted separately using the word count. Online stores with carts and checkout are outside these products. The quote confirms the exact selection and price. 3. Start and schedule Work starts only after you approve the quote and service agreement, complete the 60% deposit, send the required materials and invite TMseo to the required customer accounts so the required access is ready. All four conditions must be complete. From then, the schedule is one week for Starter or two weeks for Standard. Your quote or service agreement records any project-specific dates. 4. Payment and cancellation The one-time build fee is divided into a 60% deposit and a 40% balance. The quote states the exact amounts. This split applies to the one-time build; recurring and third-party charges are shown separately. TMseo sends a manual PayPal payment request outside the website for each installment. The site does not accept card payments, and TMseo does not receive card details through the site. Work starts after the deposit is recorded as paid. Once work starts, you may not cancel the project at will and the deposit is not refunded. The balance is due at final approval. TMseo transfers the source only after the balance is paid. 5. Revisions Your accepted quote states the number of revision rounds. Current Starter projects include two rounds and Standard includes up to five. One round is one list of feedback, gathered and sent together by your final approver. Fixing a bug within the agreed scope does not use a round. New pages, new features or a design change after approval are outside the quoted scope and are quoted separately. 6. Approval and delays Your service agreement names the final approver for your business. That person gathers revision feedback and gives final approval. If you do not send requested materials, feedback or account access for 30 days, TMseo may pause the project. If there is no response for 90 days, TMseo may close it. The deposit is not refunded. Restarting requires a new schedule. 7. Stabilization and later changes For 30 days after launch, TMseo fixes reproducible bugs and configuration errors in the delivered scope. This stabilization period does not cover new requests, extra content or design changes. After the 30-day period, a small change costs USD 60 per request. One request is one change that takes up to 30 minutes, such as replacing text or a photo, or updating opening hours. Larger work is quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance needs a separate agreement. 8. Your accounts and materials Starter requires a Cloudflare account. Standard also requires a Supabase account if you add content editing, a reservation feature or reviews. Hosting and data accounts are in your name from day one. You create them and invite TMseo as a member when access is needed. You pay hosting, domain, data storage and other provider charges directly to each provider; they are not included in TMseo's project fee. Domain and Google service accounts can wait until the feature that needs them. TMseo does not ask for your passwords. You warrant that you have the rights needed to provide and use all text, images, logos and other materials you supply for the project. Unless you opt out in writing, TMseo may show the finished site in its portfolio. 9. Source handoff and use After final approval and payment of the 40% balance, TMseo transfers a clean copy of the source code and handoff notes to your GitHub. You may run or change the delivered site, or hire another developer to do that. You may not copy or resell the TMseo codebase or templates as a website product for other customers. 10. Liability TMseo's total liability for a project is limited to the fees you actually paid for that project. TMseo is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. 11. Law, language and changes The laws of the Republic of Korea govern these terms. The Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction. English is the governing text. The Korean text is a translation; if the texts differ, English prevails.
