No. We build websites for menus, rooms, services, bookings and enquiries. Ecommerce, meaning carts and checkout, is outside our scope.

Yes. Each added language gets its own URLs, a language switcher and search tags, and is priced per language. You supply the translated text by default; if you want us to arrange translation, we quote it from the word count.

Yes, if you add content editing, which is billed monthly. You can change text, photos, menus or services, hours, contact details and search titles, then preview and publish. Layout and new features stay in code.

Yes. Tell us what it should do and which services it connects to. Work such as API integrations, advanced 3D, AI or custom business logic is reviewed and quoted separately.

Your logo, photos and approved text for each page, plus details such as hours, address, menu or services. If some text is missing, we can draft it from facts you confirm, and you approve it before it goes live.

A Cloudflare account, plus Supabase if your site has an admin area for content editing, reservations or reviews. You create them in your name, pay for them yourself and invite us as a member. We never ask for your passwords. The domain and Google services can wait until the feature that needs them.

Work starts once you approve the quote, pay the 60% deposit, send the required materials and invite us to your accounts. We agree the schedule with your quote. How long it takes depends mostly on how quickly materials and feedback arrive.

You get up to five rounds. One round is one list of feedback, gathered by your final approver and sent together. Fixing bugs in the agreed scope doesn't use a round. New pages, new features or a change of design after approval are quoted separately.

In two parts: 60% of the quote to start and 40% at final approval. We send a payment request for each part. The site itself doesn't take card payments.

No. Once work has started, the project can't be cancelled at will and the deposit isn't refunded. Your contract sets out the final terms under applicable law.

The hosting and data accounts are in your name from day one. After final approval and the 40% balance, we move a clean copy of the source code and handoff notes to your GitHub. You can run, change or move the site, or hire another developer to maintain it. You can't copy or resell our codebase or templates as a website product for others.

For thirty days after launch, we fix reproducible bugs and configuration errors in what we delivered. New requests, extra content and design changes aren't covered. After that, we keep working on the site only under a maintenance agreement.

You do, unless you have a maintenance agreement with us. That includes security patches and updates to libraries and providers. If we learn of a serious issue that could affect your site, we may email your technical contact, but we don't monitor your site.

No. Your domain, hosting, data storage and other subscriptions are billed to you by each provider. Content editing, if you add it, is a monthly fee to us.

We set up technical SEO: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and Search Console. Search rankings and indexing are not guaranteed.
